Onsite Catering
The Chicago catering staff at The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus is prepared to make your event the most successful it can be. Whether in our elegant banquet facilities or on the grounds of our lush lodge-style resort, our talented chefs will create inspirational cuisine to amaze and delight your guests. Choose from a wide array of American and international flavors, including:

  • Pre-meeting breakfast, from continental buffets to omelet stations and plated meals
  • A “pick-me-up” break, offering everything from ice cream and chocolate fondue fruit smoothies, sliced fruit and health bars
  • Delightful lunches, such as buffets or multi-course luncheons with everything from salad to dessert
  • Spectacular hors d’oeuvres with a mix of hot and cold choices in a variety of ethnic themes
  • Classic buffets, featuring carving stations, seafood, cheese, and more

Personal Preference Dining®
Take advantage of Hyatt’s signature Personal Preference Dining®. This unique dining choice lets your guests select their own entrée at your function. Each diner is offered a choice from four options, allowing them to choose the main course that best suits his or her own taste. As the meeting planner, you select the soup and salad, while our Chef will choose a trio of desserts beautifully presented for each guest.

Event Catering

Create your own menu with the assistance of our staff or let your guests decide what they'd like with our Personal Preference Dining® service, which allows guests to select their entrée tableside. Onsite Catering
Begin your occasion with a delectable array of appetizers like mini quiches or mango and shrimp bruschetta. move onto three, four and five-course menus including entrees such as Maryland crab cake, Bibb and endive salad with Asian pear, sun-dried cherries and caramelized walnuts, herb crusted chicken breast with savory stuffing, and decadent dessert trays of petite fours, truffles, cakes and more. We also offer Kosher catering on our premises through our partnership with an off -site caterer.
