The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus offers 47,000 square feet of elegant indoor and outdoor Chicago wedding locations for your consideration.  Let Hyatt's signature service and luxurious amenities, coupled with our comprehensive wedding packages, expert staff and elegant catering, impress and delight you and your guests.  Our suburban Chicago wedding sites offer floor-to-ceiling windows for panoramic views and newly restyled lavish, contemporary interiors.  Discover our unrivaled setting amidst 88 acres of nature preserve, verdant forest and resplendent lake. Lake-side outdoor ceremonies are very popular.


For your convenience, all our wedding and reception facilities feature individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical/microphone outlets, special lighting effects and 110V or 220V single-phase electricity.

Prairie Ballroom
Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of a tranquil private lake, this ballroom offers 5,100 square feet of elegant contemporary interior space.  A soaring 14-foot ceiling is adorned with chandeliers to light your festivities, while a large pre-function area offers a cozy fireplace and gorgeous views through floor-to-ceiling windows.  Enjoy a separate AV booth to host spectacular events with light and sound.  Entertain up to 500 guests for a reception in this gorgeous, newly restyled venue.

Grand Oaks Pavilion
Glass-enclosed on two sides, this enchanting pavilion overlooks a natural verdant forest setting.  Enjoy a pre-function area with a cozy fireplace and an extraordinarily beautiful outdoor garden terrace.  This magical "natural wonder" setting accommodates up to 300 guests for a reception or 200 guests for a formal sit-down banquet.

The Q-Room
This 1,000-square-foot venue has been newly restyled in a contemporary design and offers a wall of windows for panoramic lake views.  Featuring a dramatic, inset 12-foot ceiling and a private outdoor balcony overlooking the forest and lake, the Q Room accommodates as many as 70 guests in a banquet setting.  Select this versatile and elegant banquet room for small to mid-sized events.

Hamburger University* / McDonald’s Training Center
A bi-level, state-of-the-art center, Hamburger University easily accommodates from six to 300 guests.  Take advantage of four beverage islands offering continuous refreshment.  Full-service catering is available in this contemporary, sophisticated venue connected to The Hyatt Lodge.
