Wedding Details


Allow our wedding professionals to cater to your every need as you begin your ideal marriage in the height of style in our elegant Chicago wedding reception sites.  The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus can plan your wedding so that no detail is overlooked. Let us coordinate the marriage official, photographers, videographers, musicians and florists.  Our chef will gladly tailor gourmet menus to your ethnic and dietary needs, and to your tastes with our exclusive personal preference dining. Our Chicago wedding reception locations offer everything you could envision for your special day, including:

  • Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up - Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
  • Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
  • Ceremony Room - The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
  • Order of Events - From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
  • Audio-Visual equipment - Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
  • Ice Sculptures - Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.
  • Valet Parking - For the convenience of your guests, valet parking is available.
  • Wedding Cake - Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation.


  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus. One point is awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
  • Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due five business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All Food and Beverage is subject to a Service Charge and Sales Tax.
  • Guarantee - A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
