Overview


The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus offers 47,000 square feet of elegant meeting space for your consideration. Discover how easy it is to look like a world-class host when you choose our stylish event spaces with Hyatt’s signature service and luxurious amenities. From ballrooms to boardrooms, our suburban Chicago venues will intrigue your guests with recently restyled contemporary interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows for panoramic views. Connected to our luxury hotel, McDonald's Hamburger University Conference Center offers 33,210 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space, including a 299-seat tiered auditorium.


To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting rooms and banquet facilities offer individual controls for climate, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audio-visual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.

Prairie Ballroom
Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of a tranquil private lake, this ballroom offers 5,100 square feet of elegant contemporary interior space.  A soaring 14-foot ceiling is adorned with chandeliers to light your festivities, while a large pre-function area offers a cozy fireplace and gorgeous views through floor-to-ceiling windows.  Enjoy a separate AV booth to host spectacular events with light and sound.  Entertain up to 500 guests in this gorgeous, newly restyled venue.

Grand Oaks Pavilion
Glass-enclosed on two sides, this enchanting pavilion overlooks a natural verdant forest setting.  Enjoy a pre-function area with a fireplace and an extraordinarily beautiful outdoor garden terrace.  This magical “natural wonder” setting accommodates up to 300 guests for an unforgettable meeting or 200 guests for a stylish sit-down banquet. 

The Q-Room
This 1,000-square-foot venue has been newly restyled in a contemporary design.  Featuring a soaring 12-foot ceiling and a private patio, the Q Room accommodates as many as 70 guests in a banquet setting.  Select this versatile banquet room for small to mid-sized events.

Break Out Rooms
The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus offers five breakout rooms for your consideration.  Enjoy multiple windows that flood the rooms with natural light, eight-foot ceilings and gorgeous views of the surrounding forest or garden terrace.  These meeting venues are exceptional for team-building exercises or corporate meetings.  All of our breakout rooms include coat rooms for your convenience.

Hamburger University* / McDonald’s Training Center
A bi-level, state-of-the-art conference center, Hamburger University easily accommodates from six to 300 guests.  Take advantage of four beverage islands offering continuous refreshment for meeting attendees at only $7.00 per person.  Full-service catering is available in this contemporary, sophisticated venue. Altogether, McDonald’s Training Center offers 33,210 square feet of meeting space, including a 299-seat tiered auditorium.

*Note:  Due to it's corporate focus, nametags and business casual dress are required for meetings and events at Hamburger University.
